Tobin Family and Friends Travel is owned and operated by Rahsaan Tobin. She is certified as a Travel and Tourism Specialist, with several years of vacation coordination experience. Rahsaan chose to use her travel knowledge and experience to assist others in creating vacation memories of a lifetime.
